WAITING FOR PAYMENT DETAILS

I am so disappointed with the Pres Les Legal Department. My Mom and I want to buy a house. It showed on her credit record that she didn't finish paying off Pres Les not that 'she' was aware because she has received a statement from them. I then called the Legal department cant remember who is spoke to. Because clearly that person is so ***********. all I was requested for was my mom's referencenumber with presles. And the *********** person that I spoke to said she will email me everything, its been 2 weeks to be exact while im still waiting for the email clearly she must have sent by post to who that is the question. Can someone out of this Pres Les thing email me those documents? hopefully there should be one competent person there. so that I can that R900 left that my mom was never informed that she owes. And she has never received a statement from Pres les<br>
