Useless service at Presles

Ordered goods at Pres Les last year in March 2015 and to date I have no received them. I phoned them 3 times to enquire about the parcel but without success. A lady by the name of Desiree told me, after I have phoned them again this morning, that the parcel was sent to my place (which I have not received) and she says the sent me text messages (which they sent to the wrong number). I\m disappointed in their services and I am pretty sure I will never buy from them again.<br> <br> I want my deposit back."
