I have 3 accounts with PresLes, yet they make a mistake every month and incorrectly update my credit report. Recently I have paid up 1, the call center confirmd it is paid up and the other 2 are in good order. I have received statement showing me in arrears once again. And no one can ever tell you anything tangible, it's a bunch of sorry's and a bunch of No the suspense account has to be credited. No man, this is appalling service, they are not worth the stress they give. I have asked the agent to send me something in writing so I can send to the credit bureaus, she said I have no right to contact credit burea. Really? Such a load of bull****.
