Hi my name is shibblette Rampa and I bought an item at Presles on COD at Presles. My parcel has since stucked at Post Office and request that I show them proof message from presles then they can release my parcel. I paid R1000 on an old account of presles and they claim that tbey cant find it. I called them several times about the matter and they say I should send proof and I did through an email ( email: *** to gheirs which is ***) on 05 July 2022 and with no reponse from them.
