Still waiting for order 8 months later

<p>I paid deposit and made an order for bedding from Pres Les in March 2016 through a Pres Les consultant. 8 months down the line nothing has been received yet despite calling their call centre and emailing proof of payment 6 weeks ago. Now I am at a loss as to what I should do to receive either the ordered goods or my deposit back. It is so unfortunate for a company that sells beautiful bedding but such terrible service.</p>
