Still waiting for my Pres Les Order 7 months later

Good day<br> <br> I ordered bedding through Pres les in August 2014. Paid a downpayment and was advised to collect my order a week later at the Post Office where I would pay the balance. Due to the Post office strike I was shuttled back and forth till December when a consultant at Pres Les advised that in January I must pay the balance and they would deliver the parcel to my address. I paid on the 25th of January. To date I am waiting for my delivery. I have been phoning their customer services. Only a lady called Nicky was a bit helpful as she called me back yesterday to say they were still tracking the parcel. Today I called and she confirmed her manager is still trying to get hold of the courier company. I bought this bedding for R2900, so this is not just a small amount of money to be shuttled with no responses. This is my first purchase and I have not had a great experience at all. If they are unable to deliver as promised can I please just have my money back!!!
