Refund

Good evening Kindly assist In August 2020 I ordered a vogue cookware set from Presles. My order number is JW4003 I had a credit amount of *** 143.00. I told the consultant that I want to pay the cookware set cash. So she told me that if I buy it cash I will get a discount of 5%, then I had to add R5 124.75. On the 27th of August I paid R5 124.00 + the credit of R4 143.00, total paid was 9 267.75. The consultant promised that I will receive my goods in 8-10 weeks. On the 26th of October I call the consultant informing her that I'm still waiting for the cookware. She promised to come back, on the 28th of October I called Pres les, I spoke to Patricia who told me that my goods won't be delivered because I 'm short R300. I told Patricia that I'm no longer interested, she must give me an email so that I can send her my bank account so that Presles can deposit my money back. Patricia said I must give her a day, she wants to speak/discuss with her supervisor. Patricia never came back to me. Please assist me, I want Presles to refund me I thank you in advance
