Price is not worthy

I have bought a comforter with presles back in 2014 it was over R3000. I did not use it until 2019 when I moved to a new house. The comforters colour is fading, I called the company to express my complaint but I have been told all beddings have 5 years guarantee the campany can not assist me. How can such an expensive product be given 5years guarantee. What are we paying for?
