Pres les refund me

Since I paid an amount of R3608 on the 3 June 2020 for a cash order, on the 9th June 2020 was requested to pay R518. I haven't received my goods till to date. I contacted the office several times requesting a refund but in vain. I need my money back R4126 it's a lot of money.
