Pres Les Messing Up My Credit Profile

I bought a bedding set in 2021 from Pres Les from one of its distributors. Upon receipt, I realised that it wasn't exactly what I expected. I returned the purchase immediately and attempted to exchange for something different. That became mission impossible. I then canceled the order altogether, and closed the account.

To my surprise, the account still reflects as open and overdue. Even after many attempts to get this account closed, as it doesn't reflect well on my credit.

I have had about enough of this. Should it not be attended as soon as possible, I will have no choice but to take the next step in resolving this issue
