Pres Les ******

My mother is a consultant for the company right,so I wanted to support her and so forth. My wife and I bought our first duvet cover,and we continued buying pots and other duvet sets from them. Little did we know this company is full of ****** and ***********. Last year at the height of Covid and lockdowns they didnt deduct their payments so we made eft payments. They accused us of not paying for those 2 months even though we had proof. We requested our statement and were taken from pillar to post only to be given one month statement. We went back to my mother to try and sort it out and she got the same thing. We requested proof of non payment and they refused to give it. Their excuse was they dont have permanent accounts staff so there is always someone new in that department who apparently have no idea what they are doing. That should be the first red flag,a company that doesnt hire permanent staff yet they work with people's accounts. We paid all the money they said we owed (meaning we paid more than we should have)....few weeks ago we go to the bank to make a loan and we were told Pres Les has blacklisted us. But that's not the issue,we were told by the bank that it actually happens the moment you have an account with them. Whether you are a good payer or not the list you immediately after opening an account with them. We were consistent payers we wondered how when we never skipped a payment. Guess what else,you will be listed for more than 24 months too....we requested a paid up letter and were told basically to go to hell! Stay away from this company,do not buy anything on account infact do not buy anything from them. Protect your credit score because buying anything from them will drop it significantly.
