PRES LES

I saw a bedroom set that I was advertised by one of PRES LES's sales agent. When I contacted her and asked for price I was given the price for what I thought was the whole set. After many messages backwards and forwards I then confirmed what I wanted and was given the price. I accepted this order only then to be told that it was not a Pres Les item and that I must choose something else obviously at a much higher price which I could not afford. I then decided to cancel as I was not prepared to order something that I did not like or want. PRE LES have taken 25% of my money that I transferred into their account and they say this is a cancellation fee. Why must I be penalized for the sales agents mistake, which she admitted to as she was new. This is grossly unfair. R921-00 is a lot of money to me.
