Poor Workmanship

I bought a mattress protector received the order washed it and dress the bed mid May saw a hole on the edge of them protector called Pres Les and was told that the manager says is my fault since I have used the product in am liable for the courier's cost. Looking at the protector is clear that the edge was not sewed properly. Order HV9671
