Poor poor and VERY POOR SERVICE!

Very disappointing service, my mother received a confirmation that she will receive her order within 4 to 6 weeks.The letter was was sent on the 24 of August 2021. The time given has lapsed and no one is saying anything. No update no call, nothing! Order No.KA7865
