Keeping money and merchandise

I paid for bedlinen from Uk.No delivery done asthey say they want proof of payment.I submitted transactions I sid to their Fnb account via world remit.Pres les refuses them and say they want something from the bank.Pres les dies not go to their bank and compare the world remit payment with their statement. They have my money from June and they do not deliver linen. The Consultant that used to receive payment emails from world remit is stuck.
