I bought sasha duvet thinking is a pure cotton when they deliver i realised that it is a polyester and am not happy with the quality of it. It was R6218. I took it on credit using a consultant account who happen to be a sister to me.. Then I payed it within a month and the total was now R6590 that I payed ..thefore i called them to tell them that i am not happy with the product.

I was told that i must return product and it is my cost.. Fine I payed R250 postnet. Then i returned them.. Now i ask about the refund they say they is a cancelation fee which i thought it is R150 maybe. But my cancelation fee is R1789. Thefore my refund is about R4858. 00.i feel like i have been ****med by this company and i will never buy from them. I wish i knew i wouldn't buy from them but i would buy from home choice where everything is done professionally. PresLes is a ****.
