I can confidently say the duvets I bought from other shops a long time ago have outlasted Presles duvets. This time it’s an indication that I should never again buy from them, no member of my immediate family will buy for as long as I live.

I bought 3 sets of duvets from Pres Les. When I received the goods I opened and check that everything was there indeed everything was there. I didn’t use them. 2 months later when I use them I realised that I was given what they call emperors pillowcases instead of continental pillows. I took up the matter with the manager but nothing happened. Months later I wanted to use the other duvet set only to find that it didn’t fit my queen size bed even though it’s a queen size. I contacted the manager and she gave me the forms to return the goods. Eventually when I got a box that could fit everything and ready to return the goods Presles told me it’s too late. I explained that the manager said I still have time they said (Presles) that they can’t take them I must sell them to somebody. I m stuck with pillows that don’t fit my bed and duvets that don’t fit my bed.
