Horrible service

I ordered a bedding set, Reference number-JV4693. I made the payment on the 14/08/2020. To date I still have not received my order. I called customer care and I was told to wait for 8-10 weeks because my order was only received in September. The slow service delivery and lack of communication is distasteful. I would not recommend anyone to order unless they are prepared to wait more than 3 months for their order.
