Frustrated citizen

Today I had the worst experience. My bank checked for credits under my name only to find out that there was an account opened under my name. No one ever called me to verify this. And I have never opened any account at Presles. The first person I spoke to from Presles told me it was a Miss Ndlovu who opened this account only to find out that this Miss Ndlovu is a Presles agent. 2nd person I spoke to from accounts told me to submit an affidavit stating I did not open the account , ID copy and proof of residence, and that my matter will be resolved as soon as I send those documents. I did that and called to verify whether they received them. But still the matter hasn’t been resolved. The account is R14 697. Am so anxious and frustrated. It’s a Friday and almost end of business hours, I still don’t know anything about whether this is getting resolved. I couldn’t access funds from my bank today because of this.
