I contacted presles two weeks back in regards to a ********** account opened under my name which i was not aware off, informed them it was identity theft and to investigate further. They requested my ID and affidavit. On which i sent till today nobody is getting back to me or a decent ***** department that deals with ***** contacts me to tell how far they are with the investigation. This will ruin my name because of their bad service and not having a department that takes ***** seriously.
