Disappointed

I ordered goods on the 4th Dec 2019 and todate haven't received my order. The consultant is also dragging her feet interms of following up with presless. I received a call from s staft member who was very rude and told to buy from other shops because they are not only dealing with my order. I regret ever supporting the consultant currently workingfor First National Bank (Bankcity). I judt want my money back. My order was a simple night frill and 2 continental pillows
