Complaint about delayed order and refusal of my money return

I have ordered and deposited the deposit amount on the month of June 2018 as Cash On Delivery to presles. I waited without any communication uo until i sent them an email cancelling my order and claiming my money back. People i have ordered with them received theirs on the same month. I only got receiced my order on the month of December and i was no longer in that place i asked my parcel to be delivered to. When i went back i found out that it is returned back to presles, then i claimed my money back. Up to this date i have never received my money from them, though it was their fault... All i need now is my money as they failed to serve me with their products
