Bureau update on close account, affecting my credit score!

Ordered then send back the order within the agreed return time but they kept my account open now 2 years later its reflecting as in arrears and affecting my credit score!!! Contacted them they promised to update but nothing, spoke to Monica and she referred it to the legal department for an update but now when I ask for feedback everyone is just quiet!!!!!
