Bad treatment by PresLes

I bought two sets of comforters from PresLes whose night frills didn't fit my queen size bed. I informed the sales person from whom I bought and she was told to return the night frills with my beds measurements. Today I got a call from Patricia to tell me they could only repair one nightfrill and not the other as the other was a product of another company. This does not make sense to me as the products I bought were from Presles with their label on it. Please help
