Bad record and service

I paid up my account in a short period of time now I am in itc bad books of arrears which arrears because the account is paid up. I wanted to buy something else but because of what they did never again will I buy. I bought from Home Choice for ages never have I complained. You are destroying my record. Presles wanted me to pay for goods I didn't have then I had to call them for clarity. Now I am bad according to them. Remove my name from ITC
