Awaiting my goods

Good Day,<br> <br> I can't stop thinking how disappointed I am with the way this was handled. I bought a Martine set that was on sale in the 1st semester and to date I haven't received anything. I was told that it is COD then didn't know what that was. I end up paying cash to Osma as she explained what that meant and I am still waiting for it.<br> I now received a letter very late from Presles as the post office was on strike and could not get the letter in advance and the message that says customers whose orders are delayed will be contacted due to fire that took place at their offices. What that has got to do with me as I placed an order long time ago.<br> I don't think I will ever place an order due to the experience that I received from you guys.<br> I will go to Volpes as they also sell good quality.<br> When will I receive my Goods?
