allocation of payment

my account was handed over rightfully so. on the 25 October I settled my account by paying R10500 to presless, and I further got an sms that I should pay 666 and cents, and I paid R667. I am suppressed that they managed to allocate payment to the first big payment to the lawyers and the small one they don't want to allocate and close my account. its been over a week that I have send them proof of payment and my banking statement reflecting that my account was debited with 667, but the seemed to enjoy playing me. they need to resolve this or I have other channels that I will follow if this is not resolve
