Presles customer service is very poor and the consultants can be very nasty. In their policy or product warranty, they promise heaven and earth. But when you encounter such issues they come up with every excuse they can possibly get just to not fulfill what they promise to do when they want you to buy. I've been using 1 pair of sheet for close to 2 years waiting for 2 pairs of sheets I have sent them for repairs but till today I still haven't received my sheets. They are soooo inconsiderate, maybe they've become too rich that they don't care about their customers
