Prepaid tokens can't be loaded

Prepaidworld we buy our electricity from every time I buy I get a token without a receipt number or I can't upload it on the prepaid box it gives me a error when you try to phone them no one answers the phone . The email doesn't get rep****. I in meantime I loss money and sit with tokens that I can do nothing with.
