What a waste of time

<p>I purchased and paid for a meter from these useless individuals two years ago, 4 December 2014 to be exact. Richard gave me the run around for two years about how the problems were all Tshwane's fault.</p> <p>I contact Tshwane myself, and managed to get it sorted out in two weeks.</p> <p>These guys are just a bunch of lazy ******.</p> <p>Save yourself the frustration of having to fight with someone who doesn't give a **** for two years and use somebody else.</p>
