YOU'VE GOT THE POWER - Rene Carelse!!

<p>I would seriously like to thank Rene Carelse of Prepaid24 for her unbelievable efficient service this evening! I am a little behind times, and was not even aware of Prepaid24 (my humble apologies)! I signed up/registered and made my payment (hoping that it wasnt a ****). I received an automated message informing me that I might have to wait for 15 minutes to receive my electricity - I only had 7 units left on my meter and i was in a complete panic, and sent a message to your "chat line" stating that i was terrified of my units running out while I waited for my recharge - Rene immediately came on line, and within a couple of minutes, I received my sms confirming my token number! Well done Prepaid24 and especially to the friendly, considerate and most efficient and understanding Rene!! You are an asset to Prepaid24. I will DEFINITELY be using this service from now on (both Standard Bank and FNB Bank kept giving me an error message) - hopefully I will not be in such a panic next time! Thank you again - if only more companies and/or staff were so efficient! I will DEFINITELY be passing the word on....and on and on!!!</p>
