Wonderful service!
I made a purchase for prepaid electricity and used the incorrect reference number on my payment without realising this. I was contacted by the prepaid24 support team to rectify this without me even having to make contact with them. I found this refreshing that I did not need to make endless follow ups to rectify a mistake on my part. Everytime I have experienced any issue the prepaid support team's service has been commendable! Well done and keep up the good work!
