Wish all service was like this!
<p>Excellent service on a Sunday afternoon and evening. When the exchanges got a little complicated a phone call from the Call Centre explained everything perfectly. Later when I had another query regarding the tokens one quick simple explanation was all I needed. I wish all Call Centres in South Africa would get their training from this one.</p>
