Wait 3 days for Electricity!!!

<p>I helped my sister to regester on prepaid 24 as i use them and only once i had to wait and it was due to a delay at the bank. We purchased R250 electricity on Sunday around 16:00 it is now Tuesday 15:20 and still do not have a token number. Yesterday I talked to them on the online chat and they informed me that they can only help me today after 06:00. Very unprofessional of them to first take your money and then tell you the service is only available from the 1st of August for that region. Now they said they have to manually debit my account and send my token. They advertise effortless purchases but this was anything but effortless!!! I will never recomend them to anyone ever again and I will also never use their service again.</p>
