<p>I was trying to set up PP24 to buy monthly electricity. Whilst I was struggling for a while, I received a phone call from this very friendly and competent lady called Shirley. She guided me through the areas where I was unsure of and even assisted me to get the app on my tablet as well. Excellent service Shirley!!! I commend you for this!!
