Useless Prepaid24
I bought prepaid electricity at 23:00 on the 12th of March. By 18:30 on 13 March I still haven’t received my tokens. Then at 22:50 I went on chat again and all they can say is they escalated it. Now I have to sit without electricity till they eventually investigate why I didn’t get my tokens!
