Use this service if you want to risk throwing your money away.
I bought an Uber voucher and it was not honoured by Uber. If I question prepaid24 they take no responsibility whatsover. Uber does not respond. So you take the chance of throwing your money away.

Part of the problem is that they create so many hurdles to get any form of support that is is effectively useless.
Also what makes this more complex is that I have purchased a voucher that is for the use of my son who has impairments that make it impossible to do things like read detailed instructions in email. He cannot drive and Uber is a way for him to be independent.
Uber refuse to deal with me (his father) because I am not the account holder so we cannot resolve this issue with Uber.
I therefore request that you refund the money and Uber can invalidate the voucher because this has never been used. I will happily provide you the voucher details as it is useless to me.
