Prepaid24 is ********* in the way they process electricity purchases. If they cant establish communication with the municipality, they still allow the transaction to complete and then you have to wait until someday they manage to establish communication. Most other platforms does not allow transactions if the voucher cannot be confirmed in real-time.

Thanks for the response.

As discussed with Werner I suggest you show a clear notification on the platform warning people that communication with the municipality could not be established and therefore the voucher will only be delivered once communication can be re-established.
