Bought electricity at 9:38 and m reviewing at 9:56 token is only received at 9:57.

We noticed that you made a R100 payment via FNB. On our banking details page https://www.prepaid24.co.za/page/manual-eft-payments , it states " For FNB payments of less than R110, please allow 30 minutes to receive your tokens/products. "
The above is the reason for the delay you experienced.
