The real definition of 5* customer service!

<p>I am shocked and moved that there is a company out there with such fantastic customer service, mind you I received this great service on a Sunday evening.</p> <p>Before registering with PrePaid 24 I made contact through the live chat system to find out what my electricity provider is. I was helped by a lovely person named Lisa.<br /><br />I quickly got the information I needed, and then struggled to register with my number as the previous owner of the number was on the system. Lisa quickly fixed that for me and I was able to register.</p> <p> </p> <p>12 minutes after registering, while busy making payment to buy electricity I received a call from a lady from PrePaid24 asking me if she can help me with anything to get me going. I mean, wow.<br /><br />Simply speechless. 5 mins later I have now purchased and loaded my electricy.<br /><br />Keep up the great work guys, you have a new happy customer here.<br />Ditebogo<br /> </p>
