I would like to thank Lisa who was the manager today 31/03/2018 that assisted me to be able to get electricity back. I spoke to an online consultant then asked to speak to the manager. I am in Pretoria East. Lisa called me within two minutes to assist me. Lisa gave me the information required to enable me to buy prepaid electricity. The amazing thing is that she did not need to call me back but just did now to see if I came right. Lisa you are awesome and I thank you for amazing customer service you went over and above your job to help me which is not a common thing. Thanks Lisa. High five to prepaid24 for employing amazing managers.
