Thank you Theo for the extra mile you went to assist me.
For the first time I went on prepaid24 to buy unipin electricity online. I went on live chat on start talking to Theo. He was so helpful and after I asked him to give me a call my phone rang literally a few seconds after he said he will call me. He help me very fast and I bought the unipin and received my token in a few seconds. Theo was help full from the start and talk to me with so much respect and went every step of the way with me until I understood everything 100%.
