Taking Professionalism to the next level
After having difficulty trying to register on Prepaid 24 - I received a call from the most patient Lady I have yet dealt with - saying she saw on the website I never came right registering and would assist me. She went beyond the call of duty by talking me through the registration step by step - staying on the line with me till I was able to purchase electricity.
This is exceptional service - Prepaid 24 this Lady does your company proud - Well done Magdalene - I am so impressed by you.
