Superb Service Delivered
On Sunday night my prepaid meter was about to run out of electricity. Not problem just buy more. The problem was it was 23:48. So I logged in and made a purchase online via EFT. Normally I get an SMS within 10 minutes with a recharge voucher. But as it turned out FNB was delayed in sending the proof of payment. So by 00:30 I knew there was a problem. I sent an online request for support which Vicki Malherbe responded to. <br> The end result was that she handled the problem like a pro and 01:08 I had a recharge voucher and my lights stayed on. <br> This not the first time Prepaid 24 have sorted out a problem. It is the first time that have to do it in the wee hours of the morning. <br> <br> Well done and thank you.<br>
