Service like this is rare these days

<p>I recently moved into Buh Rhein estate and tried to buy electicity as per the document they gave me, what a nightmare, landed up sitting in the dark comp and cell battery dying. So I went to PREPAID@$'s website, before i even completed their online request from this amazing person FREDDY called me, yes he called me not me him, can you belive that, he helped through the correct way of registering myself for to buy elec over the net, 3/4 of the way through my phone died immidiatly he contacted mty via their live chat to ask for and alt number to phone me on. By then I had put my sim in my wifes phoes fully expecting to have to phone them as, lets face it thats the norm these days you have to chase your service provider, but not in FREDDY's case, he was with me the whole way, and refused to hangup untill he was sure I had electircity. Freddy is a role modle to the etire service provider industry and I just hope his emplyer appriciates his unique approach to client servive that I am sure all HIS clients do. FREDDY GO MAN GO and PREPAID 24 DONT loose Freddy he is a real assit to your company.</p>
