Her excellence went beyond my always-above-par expectations when she ensured that she calms me when I hit a hickup that almost caused me a panic. She's so patient and calm, very assuring, and she knows her work. Efficiency! Effectiveness! Humble! Kind! Caring! What more can I say? Give it to Her! Cheers!</p>
