Prepaid24's Online help is great
I experienced a problem with buying prepaid electricity for the commune my son lives in. He is a student at it is an emotional issue at this time of the year. Vicky went the extra mile to assist me to get this sorted. She was very polite, patient and helpful and made handling the problem much easier
