Prepaid24 Refund my money that was paid using Payfast

On the 24th I made a payment of R6760 into my prepaid account which I share with my fiance ,we used Payfast still the money did not reflect in my smartfund,I notified prepaid24 via WhatsApp,live chat and email and I was told to send ID,proof of payment and bank letter, And proof of payment must be in pdf, I contacted payfast which I was told they will forward the proof of payment and they did ,I also forwarded wat they wanted, after that my money still did not reflect and I was told to send the documents again, I did, still no money in my account, I was transferred from one agent to another telling same story, i even ask for a refund because payfast did send proof also and I'm told I should wait for 10days imagine, they say my ID did not match but even when I send my fiancé's ID they say they'll refund after 10days,you were quick to take the money now I have to wait 10days to get my money back,I mean the money is sent to you why does it have to be too much admin to load in my smartfund account and why so many days when I want a refund?I would never advise anyone to use prepaid24 because they don't even have a direct number and all their agents give u same stories and takes forever to reply.

Thank you for your review and for sharing your concerns with us. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation.
As mentioned in our recent phone conversation, we have a verification process in place for security purposes, especially with larger purchases. This process requires us to review the details of the purchase and verify the documents provided. In this instance, there were a few discrepancies between the registration details and the information submitted (such as the ID number and supporting documents), which contributed to the delay in processing your R6760 transaction.
We understand your concern regarding the refund timeline. As we discussed over the phone, we have until the afternoon to revert back to you regarding the payment made or alternatively we should return the funds paid to the source account. Because we use the Payfast platform, there is a standard processing period of up to 10 days; however, this timeframe can sometimes be shorter.
We apologize for any frustration this has caused and thank you for your patience. Should you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out.

I was advised to put R2500 which is the maximum I sould deposit and also use my own documents, I did that, the money is in the smartfund account, I purchased a voucher and it was successful but still no voucher number,I contacted the technical team they ask for documents which I sent my ID and proof of payment from mobicred, you can also check with payfast because I sent all the relevant information including references, I guess it's just a bad luck for me this week.
