Prepaid24 electricity

I have been trying to get a hold of them for 2 days now . On their website you can request for them to call you as well and when i request for them to call they say it will take 2 to 10 minutes for then to reach me . I STILL HAVEN'T GOT A PHONE CALL. Im trying to register to buy electricity and i just can not register because they are asking for information that i can not fill in because before you submit there is no space where they ask for that information. Not happy with their service.
