Prepaid24 Deano caring and efficient

I tried to purchase a token online but within seconds I received notification that there was a problem with my municipal account as there was an amount overdue and that I could make a transaction covering the balance and they would offset it and then reprocess the remainder towards my token or I could contact my municipality. I was at the Spar so I paid the outstanding balance and as soon as I returned home I contacted Prepaid24. I was surprised at the prompt AND friendly response as well as the efficiency of Deano who assisted me. Within only a few minutes he had checked my account and retried my transaction which went through successfully. He provided me with the tokens on our chat and I received it via SMS as well.
